He got better as the games went on. Still a one dimensional player, but he had a great back check on that Crosby break away. Overall I'd give him a solid B. Kessel was a huge disappointment.

Not saying he was the best player by any means. But to say he was one of the most unimportant players is just laughable. Also 61% on face offs. 4th in the tournament for players taking 60+ draws.

That's a joke right? Crosby was the leader in TOI for forwards, scored the GWG in OVERTIME and was a PPG performer. Get over it, and accept the fact Crosby is great.

Usually the lower line players are the ones you would have a good time with. Steve Ott, Sean Avery, Jordan Tootoo etc. While you may hate them on the ice, chances are you would have a good time with them.

I would decline and ask for Crosby. Just kidding, I would probably try to get him wasted and make a bunch of random youtube videos... I disagree, hockey players are much more approachable then normal athletes. I've ran into many players that just fly under the radar in a normal bar scene.

Mostly because the stronger hand usually goes on top of the stick. Considering the amount of time you have with one hand on the stick it makes sense to have your stronger hand the one in control. That said I'm right handed in everything including hockey, not quite sure why haha.

The bolded can go both ways. You don't think it irritates me seeing people belittle my favorite player for horrible reasons like him blowing his nose before hand shakes, or crying after he got high sticked in the face?

He's not THAT good? What the hell? He has the highest PPG since entering the league... How good do you think he is?

I'm not saying people have to like him, I just don't get the people that honestly hate him at that personal level. They ***** and complain when his names comes up, then they bring it up. It's irony at it's finest. He's my favorite player, and he's done more in his first couple years in the league than 99.9% of the players have ever done. He's a great hockey player, and it baffles me that such an educated fan base can be so damn child like about one player.
