Not really, but I'm sure you would defend Datsyuk or Kronwall if you constantly saw people exagerrating truths and just generally hating on the player that they've never and most likely will never meet personally. That's all. -

Good job generalizing that every Crosby fan is new to the game. I'll be sure to tell all my buddies that are playing or have played NCAA, AHL, JR.A, ECHL that they don't know the game because they think Crosby is a great player. -

I like Bertuzzi, but he is trying to play beyond his capablities. Once Homer/Franzen gets healthy he should see much less time in the top 6, especially the top 3. He's not a top line player any more, I agree. But to say he doesn't help this team is completely ridiculous. He's played fine for what he is paid.

Just curious, do you hold Ovechkin's dirty and dangerous plays against him the same way you hold Crosby's maybe unsportsmanlike plays against him? The bias against Crosby compared to Ovechkin dumbfounds me. I've yet to be explained how Ovechkin can almost end someones career and still be loved, but Crosby slashes someone on the face off and it turns into a 10 page bitching contest about how Crosby sucks. It's unbelievable. -

Let's see, who has a bigger list of questionable plays? All you can come up for Crosby is he hit someone while he still had his gloves on... Anyways, this is off topic. I just feel like Crosby can make up the point differential toward the end of the year. I don't see the Capitals staying this hot down the stretch.

It would have to be a really good deal for a young scoring forward. I like Flippula a lot, but he is really one of the only pieces that could be moved realistically, and this team could certainly use a little wake up call if the right deal comes up.

Crosby is a winner, he'll pick it up. He's had to carry his team so far this year trying to make up for the inconsistent Euro Malkin.

I liked him as a person, but he just isn't a great option right now for this team. We need a real enforcer that can actually skate, shoot, punch and check. Brad May did what he could, but his time has passed.

Crosby should win it. He is more important to his team, and a much better player. Plus he isn't afraid of fighting, and doesn't intentional injure people.

Not really. When your top three guys don't score it's hard to win a shootout. Especially verse a team like San Jose. Jimmy played fine.
