Datsyuk isn't a goal scorer, he's not going to be able to change his game. He needs to set up Bertuzzi/Zetterberg. Zetterberg needs to shoot and score he doesn't have any other option he is our only true goalscorer. Bertuzzi had a bad game all around, hopefully he can move past this and not dwell on it. Our depth players are playing as good as you can hope. They are doing their best. Flippula/Cleary need to step up, which I think they did to an extent tonight. Pretty much our first PP unit has to score if we are going to win games. Osgood wasn't bad, his five hole is a major concern of mine though. And isn't it cool how I posted this. Leino is awful and should sit.

He could of been worse. The team did not hold up around him, PP was bad, took bad penalities. I am concerned about his five hole though. It seems practically every goal is a five hole on him.

Glad I'm not the only one noticing that. And people say he's the best player... Anyways just calm down guys. We played well, had a goaltender in net who is rusty. It happens.

Ok my post was cleary sarcastic. I even had the smiley! And I'm not saying Babcock shouldn't be immune to criticism. I just don't think a player should ever criticize a coach publicly, especially one that has the credentials as Babcock.

I don't like seeing players on my team openly criticize the head coach. Especially in the Red Wing's situation.

Hey as I've said before. I'm not bashing Osgood's ability/performance, just his choice to go to the media. I understand and look forward to him being our playoff goaltender. There will always be people that never give Osgood credit and will bash him at every opportunity. It's best just to ignore that crowd.

Should be Howard because Osgood is finished.

If Osgood wants the best for the team he will play well and be quiet.

I do think people are underestimating Williams a bit. He'll be fine playing with Flip. Trust me I'm a doctor.

I think Bertuzzi should get it personally... Zetterberg is too inconsistent, and Datsyuk is just a younger Kovalev.

The only thing unfair to the team is Osgood's inability to keep his frustration over his performance in check.
