Abby plays on the PK, Leino can't. Until Flippula gets back you'll be hard pressed to find anyone from the bottom six jumping into the top six. And yeah Fatso just got a piece of it. Probably thought it was a cheeseburger...

Not going to get riled up. We got a point on the road verse a top Eastern Conference team. I'll take it. Would like to see us play the whole game like we played the 3rd period, but that's hockey. Osgood gave the team a chance to win, that said he looked shaky, hopefully that is due to not playing much lately, but we'll see. Now set the sights on the New York Gaborik/Lundqists. Should be a good one.

They were the same age. The difference is Fischer dealt with his growing pains mostly in the NHL, while Big Rig dealt with them in the AHL. Fischer was much better. That said, I like Ericsson a lot as well he is making mistakes, but I expect it being his first year and all. He is playing fine.

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Fisher certainly had his ups and downs early. But he was on an amazing stretch of great hockey before his injury.

Can we find a way to put Osgood on our PP and have him go in front of Broduer? I mean the puck finds a way into whatever net he is in front of anyways....

I've only done that in one thread and that was to soften a bad Wing's game. It's not like I'm doing that in every thread I post in. I post a lot, and I enjoy discussing the improvements I see in Crosby this season compared to past seasons. I don't see the problem here, people like Hudler and talk about him, people like discussing prospects, people like discussing trade scenarios, people discuss free agents; This is just another thing I enjoy about discussing on a discussion forum.

Fair enough. We just have a different opinion on complete player. You have more emphasis on defensive play and I offensive play.

At the moment I would take him over everyone else in the league. Look at his stats so far this season. Face-offs, even strength points, plus minus, TOI etc.. He is one of the best players in the league without question. And the best player in the league in my mind. Bring something else other than using my great quotes iin an effort to contribute to this wonderful thread about the greatest talents in the history of the league.
