Meh no biggie from me, probably made the kid's year. Not a smart move publicity wise though by Ovechkin. Although I do laugh at the double standard on this forum, if this was you know who this would be 10 pages already about how he is the devil. Yet Ovechkin is just funny, even when he almost ends careers.

ESPN doesn't show as much hockey because they don't make money off it. They don't have anything against the sport itself. Anyways this is great news, finally the NHL seems to be on the right track.

Well the Vancouver conspiracy thread I used Pittsburgh as a pretty good example I thought. I don't see the harm in that. And this thread is related to Crosby considering every post has his name in it anyways. Am I lying or bringing misinformation or something?

If the situation was reversed between Detroit for Vancouver and Pittsburgh for Los Angeles, and Mike Murphy was a former Penguin Wings fans would be just a vocal about the "conspiracy" as the Canuck fans have been. This is just another example of fans wanting the best for their team, people are people there's not a whole lot of difference between fan bases(except habs fans).

Crosby only had 7 more points then anyone on the Wings, he didn't do a damn thing I agree.

Fair enough, so did I. But I wouldn't throw all of Vancouver's fan base under the bus for these theories when every fanbase would do. Especially considering that Sedin no goal was questionable at the very least.
