What Crosby does is just annoying. He's never even hurt another player let alone end someone's career... He's a competitor, I personally don't mind seeing him get into a scrum at the end of a game. I don't hold that against him as the end of the world. I'm not saying you can't, but I'm just sharing my opinion that's all.

Don't feel bad. I'm not that bad. It just seems I only get into disagreements when Crosby comes up... Not the sole reason, but those were two immediate examples.

See now this is a perfect example of why I defend Crosby. I understand if you boo him, or don't like him. But really?? I mean really?

Starting to click back on at the right time. If we can get Datsyuk/Franzen/Homer and Zetterberg/Filpulla/Bertuzzi going this is going to be a nice home stretch.

Howard and Homer are the only ones to exceed my expectations so far. Everyone else will have to prove themselves down the stretch and in the playoffs to be a "bright spot" in my eyes atleast.

Yeah, they haven't clicked on all cylinders yet. Zetterberg has a world class game one night, and Datsyuk the next. Hopefully they are just banking the performances for the important part.

They played well. Franzen hit a post and they were very solid defensively. Although they were kept off the score sheet they played well I thought.

I just used it because someone said there wasn't one Wing fan that had that opinion. And it seems there are more then one that's all. Let me know when Crosby ends someone's season. Ok?

Considering it's Detroit's biggest radio station? I'm by no means saying it's a scientific fact, but I was just using it to show that there are some people that hate Crosby so much that they would go against Yzerman...

So you are comparing Bertuzzi's incident to a crosscheck? And do you use this same "responsible" defense for your boy Ovie? Come on now. Pittsburgh played like crap and Crosby was stepping up for his team and showing emotion it happens at the end of games believe it or not. Actually he was voted "chump of the week" on 97.1 for hugging Sidney Crosby after the Olympics. Soooo yeah.

I love how people are more impressed with him losing with composure at the end of the game than his actually great effort in the game. 26 out of 27 verse a defending Stanley Cup team? Great job Jimmy!

Just because you don't like Yzerman and don't respect what he says doesn't mean other people share the same viewpoint on the best captain in the history of the NHL.

Then why does Yzerman say he is impressed with how Crosby is playing, and how he is carrying himself? He's a competitor. He was frustrated, I'd much rather see him do candy-cane s*** like this then almost end careers like Ovechkin.

Hey Ovechkin has almost ended 6 players' seasons and has been suspended 3 times in a year. WHO CARES CROSBY CROSSCHECKED SOMEONE OMGGGGGG

I honestly couldn't be happier with Jimmy Howard this season. He has surpassed every single one of my expectations. Can't wait to see how he does in the playoffs. It's great to cheer for a young home grown goaltender, it's been awhile.

Well as much as you people talk about Crosby it seems pretty evident... Thank you Gordie, maybe people will actually listen to you... I doubt it though, their jealousy is blinding them.

You do know Yzerman has repeatedly compared Crosby to himself right? And calling him Canada's best player, the NHL's Michael Jordan etc... w/e jealous fans will stay jealous.

Great game. Absolutely great job stopping the best player in the league tonight. Can't wait for the playoffs, we are going to do some major damage. What? I liked him showing emotion as his team played like s*** and he was the only player trying. Reminds me of Yzerman to be honest.
