Kopy on PP? wow...

lmao Meh I don't care what happens I just wanna see a cup repeat. If Osgood does well, then good. If he doesn't, maybe Conklin will do well like Osgood did last year. All I don't like are his comments made in the Sportsnet article, he just seems well overconfident and even cocky. Please Osgood don't struggle :'(

I watched Tradecentre today, and after the trade deadline, the Red Wings are still the favourites, as 3/4 of the reporters put them as the Stanley Cup Champs. With Osgood getting back to form, Downey showing that they have toughness, and great prospects, it's hard to disagree. Second was usually San Jose, and then it was a mixed order of Boston, New Jersey, Washington/Philadelphia. One reporter put them 4th, because of bad goaltending and very loose defense. Osgood's coming back to form and hopefully he continues to build, making us completely ready for playoffs as favourites. edit: take that Clement, people who watch hockey
-
They weren't the favourite last year. San Jose was, because of the moves they made. I still remember though, James Duthie saying they would win the cup, and the other team would be the Rangers. Good job Duthie, you were right and they were wrong! (besides the rangers part) Calgary probably will be out second round, just like San Jose was last year, like you said. Good moves do a lot, but they don't guarantee anything. San Jose picked up Campbell, but still had the playoff exit they had the year before.

thank God your not GM

Looks like the Red Wings & the Sharks battling off the ice, Robert
anthonyn66 replied to sureWhyNot's topic in General
Are you kidding? Roberts has a cap hit of 2.4 mil, Satan has a cap hit of 3.5 mil. Both suck for their salary. Roberts will probably die of old age before the playoffs. -
Well he's gone to the Devils for Annsi Salmela, so that's not an option anymore. Too bad... Who's left?

K Since Marian Hossa Already stated he'd sign for less, how about this: Hossa signs for 6.1 Mil/Season Franzen signs long term with a cap hit at 3 mil maybe? Hudler for about 2 mil a year Samuelsson how about make him a Red Wings for life? Cap hit of 1.5 a year Leino for 0.9 for another 3 years Chelios retires Kopecky can go trade Lilja if absolutely necessary trade Fil K this is first post be easy on me
-
Hossa Hudler if enough then Sammy Kopecky can go, Chelios is retiring anyways Hudler to me > Franzen, especially if Franzen wants 4 mil
-
Howe Yzerman Lidstrom Holland Adams Bowman how about Holland's helper Hakan Andersson?
