See...this is where I gert confused....I understand the whole Hossa $$$$ Hudler thing......BUT I don't understand "get rid of a good center and get one that isn't as good w/ less pay) so the Wings can give more money to a winger.......a completely different position........ not to mention that Hudler stays OUT of the penalty box for the most part....thus not causing PP against the Wings

a few things--- Hudler hiting in a goal out of mid air (even though he was apparently invisible) Cleary's break away against Anaheim BEATING Aneheim in Game 7 Hudler bleeding on the ice and coming back to play some more Getting KronWalled 5-0 against the Pens Crosby's obviously fake injury tonight.....(what the hell was that?!) All the penalties NOT called ....that's just the playoffs! I love the Wings! See you next year.... (Huds don't go!)........ I can't imagine the Wings w/out Happy Hudler! No matter what some of you might think.....

I am sad, but I agree about the parade anyway! Even up here in Kodiak AK there are more Pens & Chicago fans then there are Wings fans...but we went to dinner afterwards wearing our jerseys, hats, and hoodies proud! We got weird looks...but ya know what....just because the Wings lost doesn't mean their not a great team and I will support them and wear their colors proud WIN or LOSE!!!!

So now its determined how well the player is by WHEN he scores ....??? Ok 2 against Columbus 2 against Aneheim...4 goals that makes up for 4 of his 11...the assists came in ALL games.....4 in the first two rounds and the other three in the next two rounds.......so its not like he did NOTHING! pshhhhh.... This whole me sticking up for Hudler.....people dogging me for it.....is old....a player is a player....notcieng you did not say anything about Sammy or Hossa........points are points....some players have NO points in the last 2 rounds.....you're not naming them are you?! So if you DON"T like Hudler....b/c that's the only one you like to rag on me about, then fine.....stas are stats....and he was PUMMELED to the ice in one of those games I believe...so if he played fewer minutes in the last two rounds b/c he was hit hard and got stiitches, then came back out to play...and you say he's invisible...then so be it...... I give up!

I agreed that the Pens deserved to win......but not ALL Wings fans on this forum know how GREAT & TALENTED the Wings are, they do not know how each player is feeling on game day.....there are things that none of us know that might be going on with the team....if we all knew everything, then so would the Pens and they would play on it. I AM NOT making excuses for the Wings....the better team won tonight, as much as it pains me to say that......but if a person is not an actual Wings player, then they have no right to say that that player did not play to his potential....... That would be like you telling me (even though we've never met and you were watching TV or live and saw me play softball a million times)...that just because I didn't win the Championship game that I didn't 'play to my potential"...for all you know, I could have had a pulled muscle, torn muscle, broken toe, dislocated shoulder, parent pass away.....swine flu, etc.......) The fact of the matter is......I believe that the Wings play to their full ability.....HAVE I SEEN BETTER BY THE WINGS.....ABSOLUTELY.....but do they play the same every game, NO.....does any team....NO.....But I love them all the same. And that's all that matters. Again, I am devistated the Wings lost.....absolutely devistated, will I bash them and talk bad about them...ABSOLUTELY NOT! I wouldn't tell my 8 year old son he didn't deserve to win his ball game just because he lost, I wouldn't tell him he needed to be off that team, I would say, GOOD TRY, BETTER LUCK NEXT YEAR. ....(yes I know the Wings aren't 8 years old, it's teh example of "trying your best" that Im going for.....) As I said before, a person does not know what a players BEST is unless they are that player......

See this post is what makes some of our points about "fairweather fans".... YES the Pens deserved to win because they won 4 games......but the fans that have been saying the Wings don't deserve to win because they lost games 3&4 and then those same fans say they deserve to win because they won game 5 with a shut out...but then when it came to game 6 all the sudden the SAME fans were again saying that the Wings deserve to lose......if the Wings would have won tonight.....those FANS would say they knew it all along, they had faith in their team...blah blah blah....but the Wings lost....so those fans that thought the Wings deserved it in games 1-2-5.....are the SAME FANS that are now saying the Wings DIDN"T deserve it because they lost!....MAKE UP YOUR F'N MIND! Either you are with them or not! This is the first game I have been totally pissed off with anyone except for the time I mentioned a shutout before the game was over (and we won anyway!)......... You say pathetic effort....so, what you're saying, outshooting in all but the 1st...having better faceoffs in the 1st (and the refs) had NOTHING to do with the Wings effort?!? You have got to be kidding.....lets see....who would YOU like to not see next year....because according to a lot of fans on here, if we put them all together, the whole team would be gone, exception of Lids and Z.....so in relpy to your post......NOT ALL FANS THAT COMPLAIN ARE TRUE FANS..... im not a negtive person and I hate saying it's the officials fault...but this is the most obscene ridiculous officiating Ive ever seen in a hockey game. I agree...hasn't it been like 20 minutes already! Here in Kodiak AK the are three HUGE Wings fans in the USCG.....one is on ready crew (duty)...one works nights, and the other is on a flight.....I think the bosses here may be Pens fans!!!
