The jury has rejected the lawsuit. Jury Rejects Former Wings' Lawsuit Maybe $300 million was a bit much. What will that kind of money do for Vlad anyways? I dunno...not making light of the incident - Konstantinov should have got something from this, but I am against suing the pants of people just to prove a point.

I dreamt of a 2-1 loss in game 5, and last night i had a dream the Wings won game 6 2-0 with a disallowed goal by Dallas. You heard that here first.

I think I made a horrible horrible mistake. I got my haircut on Wednesday right before game 4. I didn't think much of it at the time, but now that the Wings have lost two straight, I tried to remember back to the last time I got it cut. It was in mid-February, just as the Wings lost Lids and started their mini-slide. I am usually not superstitious, I didn't even grow a playoff beard this year - but please, God - don't do this to me!

I am banking on the Hockey Gods evening things out for that horrible call in game 4 - And no, that wasn't a return call for Holmstroms interference in game 1. That no-goal in game 4 completely changed this series. There is little doubt in my mind that if that goal stands, the series is over in 4. No way an injustice that monumental leads to the Wings blowing this and becoming epic failures. No way.

I had a bad feeling about game 5, but I have a much better feeling about game 6. In my mind, the Wings looked like they did in games 4 and 5 of this series, as they did in games 3 and 4 of the Nashville series. Nashville wasn't the problem, and I don't think Dallas is either - the Wings have just had 2 mediocre games in a row, its not like Dallas cannot be beat. When it goes good - and it will - the Wings will be a better team in the finals because of this wakeup call.

Wow, Canada really blew that. I think they did well enough in the Tourny to warrant Yzerman being the GM for the Olympics - I can't think of any other legit candidates at this point.

Hudler needs to move up and Abrakadabra needs to play in place of DMac. I had a bad feeling about game 5 anyways, but the Wings WILL win game six. No way this thing gets dragged out any further. This team is too good to lose 4 in a row - so lets stop freaking out. Have some confidence in our boys.

I just don't understand why we have yet to hear anything about his situation. Didn't they do the tests on Monday? Is this hush-hush because its the playoffs, or because they still don't know what the heck is wrong?

Its a huge f***up which costs the Wings the win tonight IMO (ATM 4 Mins left in the game). The first goal changes everything and the Wings were robbed. Should he be fired? Nah - just relegate him to reffing reg. season games and no playoffs anymore.

Thats because its simply not true. I am going to avoid this place like the plague if the Wings play the Pens in the final. It will be such a s*** show of 'Crosby is a Whiner' bitching that it nauseates me to think about it.

Since when did the Stanley Cup playoffs become a fashion contest? Crosby is acknowledging tradition and superstition. He obviously could give two s***s what he looks like - his team is winning games! P.S. That was a goal.

I thought that it was just for the Torino Olympics. Even so, there are so many good players that wear number 19, I can't see Yzerman being a stickler about it. He probably wanted Doan, Spezza, or whoever to wear 19 anyways. There have been so many good players for Canada, it would be ridiculous to start retiring all the numbers.
