You give Z an assignment to stop Crosby, Toews or Kane or Malkin or Giroux from scoring and he will do it. You tell Z to kill a 5-3 penalty on a game 7 Stanley Cup final and he'll score the ugly OT goal for you after killing it. Shootouts just aint his forte.

He was told to not pass up on being offered that. We were never gonna pay him 5 mil. It's the same thing that happened with martin lapointe and recently, filpulla. In the nhl, everyone is one bad injury away from being useless so brunner, who was 29 when offered that money, took it. He ain't getting any younger
