Did you see those Penns highlights? Lesson, don't hit Malkin or Cindy! Gees. Okay, one series at a time. Man, I am sick. Sure it's not great to see a player injured, but that was a massive CLEAN hit. I think the refs and the leauges can't deal with a Wings team that is super skilled, fast AND plays physical. Why that just wouldn;t be fair... Seriously, Babs seemed to have the boys come out hitting hard and I hope they keep it up. Think they will?

That they failed to score on the 5 minute is, I think, a big deal. They got their little pity call and failed to step up. Call it like it is. Havlat needs to keep his head up, simple as that. He's a big boy. Again, announcers saying no penalty. "I don't know why the kicked Kronval out of the game..." "Technically he had possession..." "I don't think it was a dirty hit..." "The call was excessive..."

I feel like turning it off too, but come on, we gotta stay strong! It is only 2 goals and you just know they are going to give up more odd man rushes. If the Wings bury this one it will kill the Hawks and their fans. I want it baaadddddd!

Okay, I take back everything I ever said about paranoid reactions to bad calls. This is pathetic. The announcer is saying he saw no penalty for Kronval and I can't see it either. I guess if people get hurt you get a penalty. Given this logic, I want a game misconduct for whoever shot Datsyuk's foot.

Sammy love is hard to get used to, but I'll take it. That line is so much fun to watch. They come out every shift with tons of energy and smarts. All three of them are doing a great job. I wonder if all these other players showing up in some weird way makes it harder or worse for Hossa and Datsyuk to snap out of it. If I was making 5 to 7 times more than guys who were outperforming me in the most important time of our work, I would tend to feel a little ashamed or guilty. Wouldn't anyone? I might try even harder than I should and screw up even more... If we make it to the finals, we need those guys to show up like Sammy. Who in the world would have ever thought someone would type those words!!! P.S. Not blaming or slamming Dats and Hossa, just genuinely worried about them. It has to snap right?
