I just got back from "Hockeyfest" and I don't like how they have it set up, too much stuff crammed on ice for everybody. It was really busy when i went and it was hard to move around, they have only 1 booth set up for alumini to sign at, and of course huge line for that. Good luck if you go.

I agree with most of what everyone is saying, But I bet he will want to win couple more championships before he retires, so Im saying he signs 1 year deals for around $3 mil, that way we can add the players to really compete every year he stays with us.

No to Todd, he don't work hard for the puck in the corners and can't play defense to well. We need a 3rd liner with grit and a little scoring touch

He signs autographs 2 times a year at goalie's den. He was great about it, thats where we were talking about Lindsay, cause i seen him the night before.

i don't belive that, because I've talked to Howe about Lindsay and he would tell stories of them, i have a production line photo signed by Lindsay and Able and took it to him and he signed it no problem.

I don't understand why you guys complain about him, he leads our team in faceoffs and he works his arse off all the time, he is a 4th line player don't expect a 40 goal season out of him. I do agree on maltby, he has went down hill pretty fast, i dont see detroit re-signing him after his contracct is up.

I think we trade to rights to LA for a first round draft pick if he signs with them. LA won't get that much better and in the long run we would have maybe a top 10 pick next year

Well I wasn't expecting him to sign with us after this season, he wants way to much for what he CAN'T do in the playoffs, that is where it matters, not the regular season. Oh well I'm looking forward to see what Kenny will do after July 1st.

What are you talking about, he is not a leader, look at his examples on the ice (slashing zetts knee) he can't play defense on power killing. Too young to actually be a leader. -
The pens barely made it through washinton, Boston will learn from this past year and might be the contender from That East. The pens will lose some good players because of the cap, if they sign everyone to their salary this past season they will be over I think by $6 million. detroit needs to add speed, youth and physical pressure from the 3rd and 4th lines like helm to help get by the ducks and sharks. chicago is young and fast but they are going to lose players because of the cap.

We need more people like helm on the last 2 lines, we need that youth, fast and physical pressure. On top of that we need to figure out what happened to our power play, penalty kill and these turnovers came from in the playoffs. I think next year we might still have to fight to get through those ducks and the sharks, those will be our tuff teams for next year to get to the cup again.

At the beginning of this season detroit and the nhl held a thing at the joe with the trophies and stuff from the hall of fame, Warrior hockey even put on some displays of there stuff. Yzerman, Howe and Nell spoke to the public, My question is are they gonna do that again? I went last year but this year I want to take my 2 nephews. I look forward to see what Holland will do this offseason, I think we need more energy and physical presence on the 3rd and 4th lines.

I see you are very bright, lidstrom is getting older yes, but he is up for ANOTHER norris, Ozzie has kept up in these playoffs. The wings will compete for the cup again next year, but with more hunger behind them.

-Ozzie keeping us in the playoffs, (ducks and pens) -winter classic -and detroit losing a record 13th cup finals series in franchse history. Thats what sucks we have lost more stanely cups then we have won.
