Ever since I was little and watched the Wings drop the 95 series to the Devils I have always admired the passion and intensity of the Detroit Red Wings. They have embodied the spirit of the city they represent. And while I like a lot of the Red Wing Nation covered my eyes or looked away disgusted during that travesty yesterday, I now realize it was what we needed as a fan base. We needed to see our warriors fall and become complacent. We have been blessed the last 20 years of having a competitive team and now it is time we rise up and flip the switch in our cheers so that they will flip the switch in their play. The time for excuses is over, we have a team that lit up the league post olympic break and we will carry the flag as we have for years now and we will for years to come. Game 4 is the beginning of the turn around and we must back up and will on the Wings to win. We have already proven we can take their ice, so lets go out and turn this into a best of three and win three straight. We can do this, we can WIN, Roll Winged Wheel Roll.

Starting tomorrow night we begin to remind the league why we ARE the Franchise everyone wishes they were and the two time defending Western Conference Champs.
