I think I found Murph's long lost Wings jersey, and its for sale for $400!!!
-
Guess who's got Bell's Hopslam. <-- This guy :beerbuddy:
-
They're 100% legit, and do a good job. The reason they have things like Probert Reebok jerseys is a) people will buy them, even though he never wore Reeboks, and b) people cancel orders, so they probably throw the already customized jerseys up on their site at a discount.

I feel like the fault for this goal lies squarely on Ericcson's shoulders. He was right in the lane, he could have taken the pass away, but he just stood there like he didn't know what was going on. Total fail.
-
A nice effort in 2 & 3, but I don't know what to say about that 1st period. The Wings just seemed out of it, especially the D. Hopefully a couple days of rest will do the team good.
-
The only one I did a facepalm is the one through the 5-hole. The others were major defense fails.
-
... and tonight the Wings D decides to stand around going "Derp" ....
-
Well played sir!
-
I think if anything this is great for fans. Who wouldn't want to have both of these guy's signatures on the same item? Its a rare opportunity, I wouldn't pass it up.
-
If the Wings had ended up losing the game, I'd totally be bitching about that today. However, now that we have the win, its just comical. Waaa I can't stop da puck so I'll just fall down and maybe they'll waive it off..... What a ******.

Yeah, I've seen it. Its a real eye opener as to how much the big 3 of beer will fight to keep the little guys out of the market. This article I found interesting regarding Chicago's beer politics, this kind of thing probably happens in every major city. http://www.chicagobusiness.com/article/20101120/ISSUE01/311209986/pay-to-play-infects-chicago-beer-market-crains-investigation-finds#axzz1AWIZZlIB All I have to say is, your product should stand on its own. If you have to use shady politics and what amounts to as bribes for bars to exclusively stock your beer, the beer probably just sucks.

Murph looked sloshed last night, especially during the 2nd intermission report. He kept slurring words and forgetting what he wanted to say mid-sentence. I still love the guy though, cheers to you Murph! :beerbuddy:

Awww poor baby get a bumpy on his head?

They are overpriced if you pay retail prices, but most smart consumers never pay retail. Here's a Reebok Premier Red Wings jersey for $88.00. and you can get it customized for $128. While not cheap, its not going to break the bank. For the price of 2 crappy looking fake chinese jerseys you can get one solid jersey that's professionally sewn. Yes, even the Reeboks are now made overseas, but until proven otherwise I have to believe they follow at least some sort of ethical code with regards to labor practices. I may be naive in this, but whatever.

Your Phillips vs Vizio comparison doesn't make sense. Both are legitimately produced products. If anything, you can make the case that authentic jersey is to Phillips as replica jersey is to Vizio. And we all know that a lot of TV's and electronics have the same guts with a different brand name slapped on it, so that makes the comparison even worse. Buying something illegal just because you think the authentic item isn't worth $350 doesn't make the purchase of the illegal item right. A lot of the time, the fake jerseys support criminals, and some use child labor to produce them. Also, as I said before, if you're paying $350 for a jersey you're paying way too much. Never pay full retail, deals can be had everywhere for the real thing.
-
Yup, I've seen them. I bought one around that price early in 2010. Nicest looking all star jersey ever made
-
If both pieces end up in the net, that counts as 2 goals, right? Right???
-
The replicas have glued on logos and patches, this has been true for a long time now. However, when I had mine customized (I used FanaticU), I asked them to sew stitching around the twill "D" for an few dollars more. Makes the replica look better The authentic winter classics have everything sewn on, just like all other authentics. Sportsk.com sews all custom lettering, and they do a very good job. I think the cost is around $55 or so. Man, if that is fake its probably the most realistic looking fake I've seen.

Both look 100% legit to me. The WC jersey's that were customized in the factory and sent to stores used nameplates, so I'm assuming thats why yours has one. The Yzerman jersey is very nice!

Jerseys pop up all the time on ebay. You can get authentic or replica jerseys at incredible deals, you just have to be diligent with checking everyday. You can setup ebay searches to automatically email you when new jerseys are listede. I've bought most of my jerseys this way, and I've never paid more than $150 for an authentic w/ fight strap. I know some people are ok with the fake jerseys, and to each their own. I just know friends who have them where the colors ran when they got washed, or the stitching came out after wearing it a few times, and like stated above, the logos and fonts are never right.

http://thegoallight.com/contents/en-us/d4.html Saw this commercial during last nights game. Would anyone buy this? I originally thought it was pretty cool, but when I went to the website it just has one generic goal horn sound, not customized to your team. I think I'd definitely drop some money on one if it had the authentic Red Wings goal horn sound.

Ain't nothin' wrong with Boone's Farm. Just ask any Michigan Tech grad... I usually can't stand Woodchuck. Its either too tart or too sweet. However, their limited release they had out around Thanksgiving is delicious. Its like an angel pissing on your tongue.

You mean the spot light blinding Ozzie half the night? Especially that puck that went behind him and got tapped out. Lets blind the goalie when he's looking for the puck...
-
Or increase your chances if your girl is a hockey fan. Think of the creative uses of the goal light in the bedroom...

Only if the banner is stained with mustard, and splashed with Miller Lite.
