He lost with 2 goals against on 39 shots, recently howie has been been doubling that, and that is just in the 3rd -ZING- point is Monster is without a doubt playing the best hockey of his NHL career so far, Howard quite the opposite so I keep giving the nod to Jonas IMO

I haven't seen anything but has babs been vocal much about Weiss? ...At this point it is more then a little head scratching but to be honest I feel sorry for him as a player right now. To be nervous/scared of your next shift is a horrible feeling & it looks like he is.

I can't say how much I love Goose & Tatar, they just look so complimentary out there. They also looked great with Mule or Bert, I love the one scrum when Nyquist was trying to stuff it in at the side of the net and was getting pushed around and Big Bert pushed the guy back about 4 feet, I will miss Bert for that one reason (he's a big scary a dude). Monster is playing great and the replay of that save he made?! Nice -
That too immature goalie was the one who was able to get us a playoff spot's all by himself, he has shown to those who forget (or too blind to see) that he is a stellar playoff performer & without a doubt earned his salary--------->Jimmy is obviously having a horrid start this year but thankfully The Monster is doing his job and then some, instead of asking for Howards head everyone should be thankful our backup is doing fantastic while Jimmy regains composure.

I didn't rely get that one either, he appeared fine seems to be a repeat factor in these cases. When I heard the hit followed by the reaction of the crowd I couldn't believe he just got 2...it seemed like a real bad hit imo, after the missed Datsyuk hit I'm starting to question what the actual rules are again

They really have no choice but to go out there with wreckless abandon now! Ice who you can and by gosh they will have to fight for everything they get. Goaltending needs to stand up once and for all too LGW

Oh wow that turned the opposite way quick! I'm not saying Howie is to blame but he can't let in 5 goals, and still have ten minutes to play....He's gotta stand up tall here!

To say that I was nervous would be a gross understatement haha...but honestly I think these guys can overcome this and really have our "secondary" people stand up shine! Jimmy now would be a good time to find your groove -

Fine by Hossa, he's played for crap ton of teams...Alfies playing on only his second team. Their first game back I felt way more for Alfie then Hoss, still it makes me sad we boo the hoss -

It looks like the boys are finding a stride! Nice work tonight-did the Sens radio broadcast do it justice? No. But none the less I enjoyed hearing buzzer less goals and little talk of who scored them...but the fact Alfie didn't get booooo'ed out of the building & got a goal? Priceless -
That was not the outcome I expected but it was nice to see haha. Monster had a good game which is nice to see;now do you start him next game (I say YES) or do you start your starter? Tatar is going to be/already is a fabulous player for us, his skating is very unique kinda looks like Toews out there his strides are so tiny but his feet are flying (just an observation). Abby looks like his speed has increased ten fold out there too! My only hope is they keep this rolling LWG

I was getting a little worried, mainly because Smith at times seemed to look a little worried and thats never good. He was stellar last night though imo, hope he keeps building on that!

Really very strange why not. The more we all see it the more it is more then obvious that it is the complete definition of elbow to the head with intent to injure...You do not elbow someone right in the face and think aw he'll be fine, guys a goon he first cross checked dats, then elbowed his chin & then at the end runs at Smith from behind, he moved and Cowen smashed into the boards, but watch it again I swear he was running him into the glass from behind. -
^ This in a nutshell^...I just feel that we have really dug into Cleary's one year deal, at this point with our surplus of forwards at the moment means he wouldnt play every game either....Feds doenst like that at all, even at 44...

Too bad for Dats! I hope he gets feeling better soon. I do like the idea of starting Monster, I felt Babs should have rode his win streak the last time but pulled him early so here is to Monster starting another one
