I havnt heard this yet but I did read that the Bruins technically had 22 wins in a row because the streak continued into the next season, but unfortunately for them the NHL doesnt "carry over" from one season to the next. Either way the Wings are in the record books. Sorry Boston.

I've read that they have been working on Lidstrom's clone in a little hide out north of Vasteras. They are said to have had some set backs, and that is the real Nick keeps beating the cloned Nick. They predict the 2.0 version to be ready to go by the summer of 2013.

I hope we see something thats for sure, my answer is yes he'll pull the trigger though I'm not sure on what/whom. We wont see a Nash or Parise like others have also said but do think we need a top six. I still believe Grabovski would be a great addition and Burke also said Kadri is on the block Im not sure the asking price though.

I think he is someone who I can see Holland aquiring as he is a little easier to get for multiple reasons, but he`d already have a trade lined up for him to be shipped right out before Carter can even say Detroit.

Good topic for Babs in the dressing room, because when you actually sit back and remember what happened it can start to piss you off. I have to agree with this as well, I'll also say I think since we do have a little more money then we usually do as some "expendable" assets so to speak, so I hope we don't dig too deep into our prospect well on a 42 year old. Now a 25-30 year old top six superstar is a whole other story...
