I'm very nervous about this Howard talk, the only game I've got to see so far was the one against chicago where Conks played. He didn't look to hot either but I'm sure it's just a little rust for both... -
A game or two higher then I thought but not bad. Shannys making sure people are paying attention thats for sure...How long until the Averys and Cookes are sticking there heads out on purpose during hits?

He'll serve time for that as he should, severe lesson in finishing a good check. It wasn't Cookish' at all, to me Smith simply lined Smith up wrong. Good lesson. -

Not to keep this off topic for long but I seriously can't believe White wasn't really on the radar. Of all the names I saw he wasn't one of them, though on that day when I stepped out of work to check LGW on my celly we had signed White. I was stoked, being within an hour from Toronto I saw him play alot. The main thing about him was he was the most consistant player they had. He'll do good things with Lids. -
I just pee'd in my pant's a little....I think if Flip is playing Z and Mule or Dats which I really like last year, he will come up as being one of the better "all around" players. He is great defensivley, fantastic playmaker, he has hands and his shot look's pretty nice at time's this year as well. I have a feeling he's pulling it out this year...

I would love to see this game! I also wouldnt be surprised to see team red pull one out here, must feel a bit like david and goliath in there.

I've really liked the Brunnstrom idea since we agreed to a try out, I just feel we are the perfect team for him to make a come back with. Heck he could even turn into a top six from what I've seen if he continues to work hard, and I think the help of having Lidstrom, Hank & Dats (just to name a few) around is just what will help put him over the top.

I agree, I stream when I can. He's has a natural ability when the "on air" monitar flashes. The games he helped call were some of the best!

This excited me when I saw it. Making the Wings would have been tough, the stars would have needed to be aligned (no pun intended) that's for sure. I think he fit's this group great and will be in a Wing wheel at some point soon.

On this list of goalies currently listed I would choose Howard over Hiller, Crawford, Vokoun, Brodeur, Niemi, Price, Fleury, Lundqvist and Luongo...Ok so maybe I am a little bias towards our boy Jimmy but as far as Salary, Age and potential goes Im glad I am. Also why is Quick so low? He's been stellar?

I would have to say St. louis and Stamkos as well. I will say however I miss so much how the Euro Twins played with each other a few years ago. They had more chemistry between them then any other duo in the league at the time...Or since in my opinion.
