True say to that, I also think we all know that the "discount" thing has been overplayed here for a while now. No body is playing for much less then they are worth anywhere in the NHL anymore, but Nick certainly came for less he could get out on the market.

This is true, not to mention Eva you put Crosby and Vermette on your list? Crosby (as much as I dislike him) has really added the defensive side to his game, and Vermette has been a line 3 shutdown for a big part of his NHL career.

I have been noticing this for a while now and seriously, Datsyuk is turning 32 this summer and still is getting better, and better, and....They made a comment during one of the playoff games about his training and how it is second to none, first on the ice and the last to leave kind of thing. Then after the game doesnt do a cool down he does a full blown workout, only one on the whole team that does that. I just think that by 32 a player usually has already been streamlining and maybe even on the decline a little. He as most of you will probably agree is going to have a stronger year this year then last, by far. So this begs the question, do you think Datsyuk is Superhuman?
