you gotta start somewhere...

does anyone know if Ferraro is going to be playing in Grand Rapids this coming season? I remember seeing somewhere that they signed him to a pro contract. Assuming that Ferraro, ends up in GR and that Pulkkinen and Jarnkrok wow us at traverse city.... this is what I would like to see.... Mursak, Andersson, Williams (maybe) Tatar, Ferraro, Filppula Owens, Emmerton, Oulahen (maybe) Pulkkinen, Jarnkrok, Tardif (maybe) Janik, Pyett Kolosov,Ehrhardt Smith, Lashoff McCullum Pearce looks really promising to me

does anyone else have a feeling that this guy is going to rip it up at camp and get on with the Griffins just like Tatar did last year? I just see him blowing us away and making the jump right away...maybe even Sheahan and Jarnkrok as well...what do you guys think?

with the addition of Brooks Macek we have now drafted 3 forwards with right handed shots! that really excites me because right handed shots are few and far between in the wings organization

LOUIS-MARC AUBRY he is 6'3" C shoots left... his father played in the NHL between 80-85 on the Nordiques and Wings... seems like a good fit to me but I would really have loved to have drafted Pulkkinen... maybe a 4th round steal??? I hope so...buuut I doubt it...

they changed the format a few years back...it didnt used to always be like this. but yeah they only do the 1st round on day one and then 2-7 on the second day

I dont understand why everytime Cleary is even MENTIONED as a possible trade candidate, that it is assumed we have "a hate on" for the guy... in order to TRADE you have give up someone!

the Thrashers should toss a few of those extra dollas at Nabokov. that would make them all around not that bad...it would at least give them the best goaltending that the franchise has ever had.
