dont get me wrong...I would love to have Drew Doughty in a Red Wing jersey more than almost any other player out there, (I have sliiiiick Doughty Team Canada Olympic Jersey and yes it is ok to be jealous) but sadly I cant see it happening. Drew Doughty is the best defenseman to come along in the last 15 years...he will be re signed by LA to at least a 6 year contract if not more...but I can hope against hope I guess...

not by a long shot....however after the Red WIngs, I like Vancouver, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington and NY Islanders to name a few but I was starting to like the lightning with the new kids they have on that team...so im sure they will grow on me fast

i really like both teams but I'd really love to see Toews, Keith, Seabrook Kane and the crew win the cup.... on the other side I'd really like to see Richards, Carter, Briere, Timmonen, Gange and the crew win aswell....but im definately going to have to go for the Hawks

"I hate when people say why would he want to sign to play on the 3rd line ?....easy for the chance to WIN a cup, if you asked me and said you can be a number 1 line guy on the Leafs or Thrasher..or a 3rd line guy on the Wings, thats pretty easy to decide. Just because he wont sign to play on the wings 3rd line, doesn't automatically mean he will be playing for the leafs or thrashers man...there are other good teams out there that he could fit on one of the top 2 lines such as Los Angeles, Colorado, Vancouver and Anaheim...to name a few... just think about what you are going to say first...

first of all, Holland has already expressed his desire to re sign Bertuzzi and Lilja...so that doesnt leave much room to bring in brookbank.. second of all, there is no way we get afinogenov for less than 2.5 and why would he want to sign and play on the 3rd line? third of all, i dont think that Holland will be able to keep both eaves and miller with abdelkader and now ritola out of options and having to come up to the big club next season...he may be able to just keep one of them... fourth of all, I dont care what anyone says but draper will be on the team next year to play out his final year of his contract and then, and only then, will he not be playing for the wings... the team will look similar to this... Franzen, Zetterberg, Bertuzzi Filppula, Datsyuk, Hudler Holmstrom, Helm, Cleary Abdelkader, Draper, Eaves(Miller) Ritola Lidstrom, Rafalski Stuart, Kronwall Ericsson, Lilja Kindl im not sayin'...im just sayin'... unbelieveable... terrible idea....lets fire a coach that has brought us to the western conference title...a stanley cup championship...and a stanley cup finals...and is the head coach of the Canadian Olympic team.... it is not Babs fault that we are in the position we are in...its a combination of horrible luck with injuries...some chemistry problems with the players...and the huge change over of new faces on this team... bad years happen people...its just the way it is...if we make the play offs it will be a huge accomplishment in my opinion... so dont give me that crap about Babs being the problem here...

its just that easy!... come on now...Jimmy has been rock solid in shootouts...he has been saving 2 out of 3 on average...we havent been losing them because of him...its our shooters that have been losing it for us
