We can trade Huds for a bag of pucks and I wouldnt care, just keep Jovocop off of this team!

I just had the best chest/tricep workout I have had in a long time. I was throwing 240lb incline presses up like they were paper!

MSL has been nothing but classy his entire career. He deserves a mention.

Trading for Campbell, what a sick joke

I do not think many people understand how much energy 100 calories can provide. Everyones body burns quite a bit doing everyday tasks without exercise. If you are burning 1600 calories a day and only eating 1200 calories upping your intake by 300 is going to make a huge difference. Eating to little is very catabolic and can kill your metabolism, plus you will feel like garbage. Everybody that counts calories needs to find their sweet spot where they dont feel like crap and still have energy, but are not eating so many that weight loss will be haulted, and I do not think many people do that.

I want one of Franzen or Hudler gone. I dont care which one. Franzens lack of effort and piss poor attitude in the playoffs really got on my nerves. If he was producing maybe I wouldnt have cared as much, but the clutch playoff performer was trash all post season. And Hudler is, well, Hudler.

Brian Rafalski announces retirement after 11 NHL seasons

I would feel bad giving up more than 2 firsts for any player. I dont like moving draft picks one bit. -
During the Olympics Rafalski was the best defenseman in the world. He was an animal in the 08 playoffs. This is a very unselfish move by the Michigan man. Hell, I might consider buying a Rafaski USA jersey. I do not think his performance at the Olympics will ever be forgotten.

With Raffi gone I think Lids will be back. I also hope that Ericsson does not get signed. I wouldnt mind if Salei returned. I was not happy our defense this season, this is an opportunity for Kenny to help out the team. -

I do not believe that is the case. If it was a buyout some of his salary would be stuck with us but since he would be retiring and his contract was signed before he was 35 I believe his salary would be off the books. -
Lids will be back, and I do not see how being paid less than another defenseman is an insult. He is going to be 42 next season. I think our captain is a little more mature than to be insulted by another players salary.

I wouldnt mind Ryder or Callahan. -
I would rather have Mule sit out. We dont need a guy with an iffy ankle playing in this game 7, we need speed.

LETS GO WINGS! Time to make history and end this series!
-
It is still owned my Dave Lewis and Joey Kocur. I go there all the time, its an amazing place to be for a playoff game.
-
Sounds like Mac Miller (who is somehow moderately popular) except a little less s***ty.
-
Mo played great during his one game. He didnt really have heart during the regular season, but these are the playoffs. I think I would rather have Modano in over Miller, Hudler, and Abdelkader right now but that could just be my Modano man crush speaking.
-
That was the comparison made in the original post I quoted. Im not the one who came up with it.
-
Tell me what Abdelkader is doing to help the team right now? You act like I have something against the guy, but he just is not playing well. If any other player had zero points, 12 pims, and did not even look that great on the ice I wouldnt want that player out there either.
-
The thing is Abdelkader is not half as good as Datsyuk. In all honesty Abdelkader is hurting us more than helping us right now.
