Looks like the fit club has been a little dead lately. Im running up to the gym to work my chest after the Wings game. Edit: Some old dude was camping half the machines and had half of the dumbbells spread throughout the gym in various areas. He was running around doing one set on pretty much everything during his inefficient full body workout. The worst thing is he was a total ****** too when I went to dumbbell press on one of the 3 benches he was set up at. He sabotaged my workout and I left early. I just dont get some people.

So Modano was just skating along and watching when Homer scored. Alright.

I Filp will not be playing for the Griffins next year. Pulkkinen and Jarnkrok will most likely not be on the Griffins next year. I believe Nestrasil and Fournier will be on the Griffins, im not positive though. Tatar is not out of options either, this was only his second season. Axelsson will most likely be over next season as well, although it might be on the Wings squad.

Im predicting this series to be a Habs dive fest.

If Bert keeps playing like a total badass a Bertuzzi jersey may be in order.

You must have seen his bad game, a poster on HF said he saw all the games and in the others Mrazek was nothing short of spectacular. I would paste his entire post on here but that thread got deleted yesterday. Its true that goalies are the most unpredictable players to project potential for, but Mrazek is supposed to be one of the most competitive goalies in the CHL, and he has awesome athleticism. His competitiveness alone makes me feel that much better about him.

I am pretty relieved, it doesn't really sound too bad. If anything Z gets to rest up a few days for the playoffs.

Tore my left shoulder up again exactly like I did about 1 1/2 months ago, I just cant catch a break. Hopefully it feels better in 2ish weeks again. Good news is that I tore through my 1 1/2 hour legs routine in 45 mins today. I walked in to the gym half possessed and went from exercise to exercise with literally no breaks during or in between them, im not really sure what motivated me to do that today.

I love the guy, if we ever pick up an enforcer this is the guy I want without a doubt. Tough as nails, great guy, decent enough to not be a liability and chip in for the occasional point. I cant stand cocky guys, but Thornton just puts off a 'dont f*** with me' vibe and I love it.
