Im very happy with this. It is sending a message, and big time. Babs is proving a point, and even more so now that we have so many injuries. As for Eaves I was very impressed with him, he was not invisible last night like he normally is. I went as far as voting him player of the game last night, his overall play was excellent.

I would like to say neither of those were Howards fault. The second one MAYBE, but it was still a weak goal that shouldnt have happened. What you should be saying is "******* defense".

Goaltending is not the problem right now. Right now we need our best players to be our best players, which their not right now. Also, our 3rd defensive pairing is not performing enough to keep us on top. Ericsson does not mesh with Meech and Lebda at all, Lilja is the type of player he needs to be with. Ozzy and Howard have been pretty solid and have given us our chances, but we have not capitalized.

Yeah, they will turn it around. If it takes 2 or 20 games I dont care. As long as we make the playoffs and have our s*** ready im good. The Wings need to knock off their s*** saying we need to be persistent to win. What we need is for Babs to kick the hell out of them at practice until they are afraid to hear the word "lose".

After 9 games and little improvement panic is starting to set in. Howard gave us more than a chance. Losing last night is unacceptable. Nearly 50 shots, so many good opportunities. Despite the 49 shots we had not many of them were too hard for Anderson to get. Also, I agree that 0-7 on the powerplay is out of control.

Wow, Babs is experimenting a bit here. I am curious to see how Drapes will perform with some decent players next to him, he doesn't leave the 4th too often. Our 2nd line is clicking right now, and when Pav finally gets rolling the 1st should be dominate as it normally is.

Lilja is a middleweight fighter. He has won some, and has lost about as much. Nothing to impressive about Liljas fighting, he just fights at the right time for the right reasons. Well, most of the time he does, Weber wasn't to good of a choice.
