Way to be a dick. I think I see a slight overreaction here. If you read my previous post I even said "at least this is the reg. season." I know Ozzy is a playoff goalie, I do not need you to tell me that. I never said I disliked Ozzy either, so how about you do not make assumptions. All I said is he was horrendous in the 3rd, which our defense letting 13 shots through is no excuse either.

Maybe the Griffins can do things right.

No, Osgood let 3 goals in on 13 shots in the 3rd. Thats horrendous.

Not to impressed with my Wings. They had so many opportunities, and blew it. There is no excuse for giving up 13 shots in the 3rd, but Ozzy let 3 of the 13 in. When we are talking about goalies save% is the only thing i care about, and Ozzy doesnt have a good %. Lets be happy this is reg. season.

On Mlive it said Eaves would be pulled so May can play tonight. I do not think we are playing with the lines we practiced with.

Agreed. If our defenseman make better passes to start the rush in to the offensive zone we are golden, because the Caps do not play a defensive game. All we need to so is shut down their first line and defensive pairing and we have a real good chance at a win.

I couldnt be happier with the lines! Not just because The Euro twins are back, but Fil and Leino are on the second line. Maltby has been replaced by Eaves, May is still in. Abby is back! Bert has been moved down, now he is on the line he deserves to be on, the 3rd line. Lazyness gets you nowhere. If I am not happy about anything it is because Drapes is centering the 4th line again. He looked really good playing LW, and showed he is better at it. Having him play center because he is good at faceoffs is not going to cut it, but we dont have any other option right now.

If it was the groin he would not be questionable for tomorrows game. If you have a sore groin your sitting out for more than 1 day, which he still may do anyways.

Right now I believe it is because of May. Helm is not supposed to play until Tuesday, so Helm is out of the question here.
