In hockey you can not force someone to fight. Roy should have realized that the other goalie would not fight back. When things like this happen in hockey there is normally a reason, Roy had no rational reason to need to fight the other goalie. At least Patty did it because he was defending his teammates from Vernon, and Ozzy nearly invited Roy to fight in 98. That is like someone skating over and attacking Ozzy. Do you think that it would be Osgoods fault for not fighting back? Johnathan is a disgrace to the sport, that is very poor sportsmanship. He should have realized the other guy was not going to fight when the ref grabbed him.

Im not sure if I would use the word "jiggly" but I do tend to look pissed off and crack my knuckles when I'm nervous, I can also see how that would intimidate people. TPBM is obsessed with facebook.

Axelsson and Tatar have the highest potentials out of all the prospects in my opinion. Tatar spent a lot of his summer "beefing up" with the help of none other that Aaron Downey. Ryno will never be a NHL player, but right now im fine with him helping out the Griffins.

Im all about standing up for new guys, but Cloutier? If he does well during the tryout than good for him. If Howard does not play well we have some depth who might and has experience. Who knows, he could be a late Tim Thomas. Also, if he does make it does this mean we have to make a trade?

I would like a job where I do nothing, so I can find something entertaining or useful to do, if the boss allows that of course. Going for it, or playing it safe?

I actually did the math and made a list of the NHL's top players point-per minute production. Datsyuk was ahead of Malkin, Crosby, and Ovechkin. I will try to find my list. Found it, I actually did point per hour production. Datsyuk - 3.73 per hour on ice. Malkin - 3.67 Ovechkin - 3.63 Crosby - 3.65 Kovalchuck - 3.17 If Datsyuk had as much ice time as Malkin he would have has 115 points last season. If he took as many shots as Ovechkin he would have had 68 GOALS. I think I know who the best player in the NHL really is.

Vokun at 13? I you ask me he was the most impressive NHL goalie last season. He is a monster!

He is a clutch player, a team has never won a cup with poor goaltending behind them. Ozzy could put up a .930 save % in the reg season if he wanted, but he gets lazy till the playoffs roll around.
