Left my old gym for Snap Fitness today. My place was getting too old and nasty, plus they never cleaned it.
-
Pulkkinen didnt look too slow on that goal.
-
I kind of always liked the guy. Like I said about Mike Smith, this guy is a competitor. Straight from Wikipedia:

2/2 GDT: Franzen 5 + Red Wings 2 (7) at Senators (5)

LETS GO WINGS! Its time to rage. -
Smith plays with fire, he can get very competitive. I would not mind Smith coming to Detroit one bit.
-
This just made my day.
-
The Devils defense is pathetic, lets take advantage and pour the pressure on in the offensive zone.
-
Pulkkinen is in a much stronger league than the AHL right now, I think he will devolep much better in Finland. If he comes to camp with a good attitude in 2012 I could see him making the team.

I just read a bunch of P90X reviews and it sounded pretty awesome. I am trying to put on muscle mass and get more 'cut up'. Do you guys think I could still gain weight while on P90X, I am seriously considering buying it or borrowing it from somebody.

I dont care if we have an enforcer, as long as he is also as skilled or more skilled than one of out current players. I am fine without an enforcer too, I really dont care if we have some idiot out there skating around dropping the gloves.

I came here to post the same article. Its nice to see Nabokovs side of things, and I really like what he had to say. Hopefully that ******* Snow reads it and tries to trade him or something, I don't think Nabby needs to be suspended.

What happens is I go every afternoon, and one of my buddies I work out with that wasnt there when I was will text me later in the day and let me know they are going so I will run up there with them and do a light workout if its the second workout of the day. I also alternate between legs, chest, arms, shoulders, back, abs, and cardio although I usually work more than one of them when I go to the gym. Im kind of a health freak, my muscles normally heal up in rarely more than 3 days when I go really hard. And like you said creatine is creatine, as long as its micronized and not liquid it will all work.
-
I just ordered some and some Hopefully some cheap creatine to come, I have been off the stuff for 2 months but during the 3 months I was on it my bench went up 40lbs. I am not taking the Primal Pump this week as I am not working out hard for a few days. I have been going to the gym about 10 times a week for the past month and my knees, hips, elbows, and shoulders haven't been feeling good the past few days when I have lifted so its time to let the joints heal up.

I quit reading right here.

I officially hate the Isles.
-
Screw the Isles. I hope Nabby refuses to play for them.
-
Time to check twitter until something happens.
-
If he is claimed the Isles are my pick.
-
I'm pretty sure. It's stupid but rules are rules.
-
Yeah, that's pretty much how it goes. It can get complicated but this is the simplest way to put it.
-
Either way I think Nabby is going to be ours and if he isn't his agent owes us a favor. It's a win-win.
-
I believe so.
-
The problem is if another team tries trading him to us we don't get first crack at him and he could end up with another team who actually wants him but he originally got claimed before that team could claim him. Oh my, that's worded poorly. The only way we get first dibs is if he is traded to a team besides the wings. The only way I see us ending up with Nabby if he doesn't clear is the situation I posted a page back or so.
-
If that happened Nabby would be exposed to waivers again and likely to be claimed by another team. And this is all only possible if he gets claimed by another team which I'm not sure will even happen. If a team claims Nabby they pretty much have to keep him on their team and give him a shot at being a starter, and I can't see many teams doing that. At the end of the day I think the chances of Nabby being with us are very good.
-
Yes, if he gets traded to another team we get first dibs but the team he would be getting traded to would obviously know that. So from what I see is whatever team picks him up (x) and whatever team he gets traded to (y) have to be in on this with us. So team x claims him off waivers, trades him to team y for "future considerations", and we get him back. Kind of farfetched, and although possible I doubt that would happen, who would want to help make our team better anyways? More realistically I see this as a way to get Nabby back in to the NHL and do his agent a favor. If we end up with him I won't mind one bit, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
