Can't wait for the first "Trade DeKeyser" thread. Glad we got him, now let's see him develop into a solid NHL defenseman over the next few years. As of yet, he has still not played a single professional game. -
Yeah, it really sucks to see one of our defensemen playing well. I'd hate to piss off some young college kid who expects us to put him on the first pairing before he's even played a single professional game.

Actually it's too bad, he was just starting to play a little bit better. Dare I even say an asset. Maybe just our teams defense has improved and that helped mask some of his errors. We will get by without him though, (we have so far this season). Heal up, and get your playoff face ready, Quincey.

I can only picture Trotz channeling his best Louie Da Palma yelling at Latka Gravas here. Which makes me wonder if Trotz's office is a cage in the middle of the locker room? The KHL awaits a star like that.

Neither of them have done anything on offense, but Z still is our shutdown center. Brunner has a lot to learn in his own zone. That's why he got bumped down against The Sedins. Is that too hard to understand?

You seem to forget how Babcock likes to motivate his players. Especially a rookie who still has a lot to prove. Ville Leino looked great his first few games too. We all know how that turned out. And Franzen has earned his spot, remember, he led the team in goals last year. Even when he took a month off.

He hasn't really done anything in 10 games. Maybe the league has figured him out. Miller has been playing above his game lately, and is better defensively. Like said above, he probably got moved down, away from the Twins. He better start chipping in on offense, or he'll be watching games from the press box.

Going early for some dinner and drinks in the "Canadian Club". Expecting to see a few fights tonight for old times sake. Hopefully, The Wings give them a fight of their own. 4-2 Wings. Pavel gets one on the PP, when he has some linemates. Mule scores the1st to get things rolling. Everyone on LGW praises him for having a great game, then goes back to throwing stones tomorrow. LGW. -

Tough game to lose. Oh well, stuff happens. Pack up your gear and try not to get violated by officiating in San Jose tomorrow. I'm sure Holland will give league officiating a call and discuss how he feels about tonight. Bottom line, they outplayed us by a mile in the 3rd. Can't win games when you don't play the whole game.

We need to get a quick goal to start the 3rd. The Kings really stepped it up during the last period. Let's take that momentum away. In other news, is Franzen still in the game? He seems invisible last period. Both Z's and Dats' lines have been pretty quiet all game. Kings have done well keeping them neutralized.
