I crossed that one off of my bucket list long ago when I was still able bodied. I don't think I could do the landing anymore. Especially with all of the troubles I've had since having knee replacement in 2009. The person below me has taken a cross country trip by train.

Before I retired, I was very neat and orderly, at work, and at home. I must have sold that trait with the building and equipment, because I have become the most unorganized person that I know. I literally have 3 years worth of unopened mail. That's an illness, isn't it? Corn dogs, or City Chicken?

In this heat? Are you kidding? I only wear it when I dress up as Gene Simmons, but on ladies, less is better. At least that's my opinion. Oppressively hot Summer, or bone chilling cold Winter?

The meeting I went to this week could be described as anything but dull. Apparently, the discomfort I've been having in my bionic knee, is that my Femur has worked it's way loose from the pins and cement that were supposed to hold it together. I will be having another knee replacement in the fall. I am beside myself with joy. The person below me, has had a replacement part installed in their body, excluding dental work.

This was my thoughts, exactly. They're not known for their player development in Columbus, so why not take the one sure thing that is predicted to be able to step in to the NHL and make a difference in his first year. It also speaks to the Islanders desperation for some young talent on defense, that they drafted all defensemen this year.

There is always a TV on at our house. Whether cleaning or not. Usually a radio, also. The person below me actually enjoys cleaning the house, almost to the point that "help" is needed.

I'm thinking that The Isles pick would presumably be a higher pick than ours. That and The Isles mean nothing to The Ducks, whereas, we may be dueling for a playoff spot with them.

White is a known commodity, where as Schultz has yet to play an NHL game. I don't think it would be a very smart move on Kenny's part to weaken even more, an already weak defense, just to pander to some snot nosed kid who demands that he starts for an NHL team. You earn your spot with your play in Detroit. If you don't want to buy into the system, there is not much of a future for you as a player here. This, of course, is just my opinion.
