Yeah I could imagine Pavel Scoring 50-60 goals per season and over hundred points if the Wings weren't that deep. I feel the same with Henrik Zetterberg as well.

Lidstrom should be at least in the Top 5. Maybe because of his age at 39 soon to be 40. He is the greatest NHL defensemen of all time in my opinion

it looks like the Chicago Blackhawks aren't going anywhere in the playoffs in the next 12 years since Hossa signed the 12 year contract last month or maybe chicago could trade him in a few years from now. lol

Any thoughts if Dallas Drake had played 1 more season for the Wings minus Hossa who rather signed with Edmonton during the 2008-2009 season. Also do you think the outcome would be any different when we played Pittsburgh in the SCF rematched? I want to hear from other wing fans on this forum. This is my first post on LGW website by the way. GO RED WINGS!!!!

It's more of a curse of Hossa and Conklin then the Winter Classic during the 2008-09 season in my opinion. As long we don't have any major injuries to any of our key players in the playoffs I think the Redwings can win it all next season.
