As much as we all hate Sidney Crosby, how can you say Franzen is better than him. Crosby's numbers are ridiculous, and he is only 22 years old. Like most non-Pittsburgh fans, I don't like Crosby, but he is the best player in the league. The only player on our team that Ken Holland would NOT trade straight up for Crosby is Lidstrom. I don't like defending Crosby, but who is better than him in NHL....... 2005–06 Pittsburgh Penguins NHL 81 39 63 102 110 — — — — — 2006–07 Pittsburgh Penguins NHL 79 36 84 120 60 5 3 2 5 4 2007–08 Pittsburgh Penguins NHL 53 24 48 72 39 20 6 21 27 12 2008–09 Pittsburgh Penguins NHL 77 33 70 103 76 24 15 16 31 14 2009-10 Pittsburgh Penguins NHL75 47 47 97

HAHAHAHAHA The guy has point in assuming everybody on this hockey forum works on national marketing campaigns. that deserves to be in a signature

Its funny, because a few games ago I was watching the game (maybe against Pitt, can't remember), and I thought I heard either Ken or Mick say Cindy Crosby... I thought "no way, I must have heard that wrong"... So i don't know now after you tell this story

Abdelkadar will be the 13 forward... there is no way they would replace him for Miller with he way miller has been playing... He certainly will be valuable and I can't wait to see him back in the lineup!!!!!!

thats great

good... Ward always does good against us for some reason... LETS GO WINGS!!!!
-
Can't pass? The guy makes great passes every single game, just watch in tonight's game; he just makes it look easy... Also, his hockey smartness is one of the best on the team. He is top three in breakout passing on the team IMO, which is one of the most important skills you can have as a winger.

I think Bert works well on that second line because he is a big body that is hard to move in front of the net... He has contributed to a lot of the recent goals and scoring chances that line has had... Hudler would be more of a shooting threat, but there would be nobody reeking havoc in the front....

I got mine on Ebay from China for $40... To me, its pretty nice and defiantly a passable jersey for the price you pay. It is wider, and the Red Wing logo is sort of shiny(but not that noticeable), but it is still a very nice jersey... If you want it 100% authentic then this is not for you... but if you want a pretty nice jersey for an affordable price, then I say go for it... GOOD LUCK!

NOOOOOOOO.... That sucks a lot... nobody wants to watch the freakin Detroit Pistons... Seriously, NBA crappy basketball over NHL awesome, playoff like hockey... FSN FAIL

Detroit: Zetterberg Franzen Flipula Minnesota: Havlat

I don't think you get points skating fast, do you? That was a very impressive move, and he scored on it.
-
My list would be: 1. Chicago 2. Vancouver I think those are the two teams we would have a lot of trouble with in the first round. I think we would have an easier time with the other 5 teams... not easy, but less threatening

hahaha, I love that video

Detroit: Zetterberg Franzen Helm St Louis: Oshie

aren't power rankings based on the play of that week? Even so, the wings probably shouldn't be that high, but top 6 would make sense
-
Zetterberg; the guy just signed a 12 year deal...

"Goood game captain duck"

Stuart might be out tonight too per Mlive Patrick Eaves, Dan Cleary still out for Red Wings tonight; Brad Stuart is questionable for the game By Ansar Khan March 22, 2010, 11:29AM DETROIT -- The Detroit Red Wings might be forced to play with 17 skaters -- one under the limit -- tonight against the Pittsburgh Penguins, depending on the status of defenseman Brad Stuart. Stuart did not skate this morning. Coach Mike Babcock said he was hurt in Saturday's game in Vancouver but the club did not find out about the injury until today. Babcock would not reveal the injury, saying "he's getting checked out right now.'' Forwards Patrick Eaves (sore back, neck) and Dan Cleary (sore groin) will not play tonight. Eaves said he doesn't have a concussion and isn't experiencing headaches, that the pain is more in his back and his neck. Cleary said he feels better today. Both said they hope to play Wednesday against St. Louis. Derek Meech and Brett Lebda will dress again. Meech likely will take some shifts at forward. Lebda, who dressed but didn't play Saturday, will play if Stuart can't go. Jimmy Howard will make his 19th consecutive start in goal.
