They are not going to put Dats and Z together... It is pointless, and they have showed us, once again, that it would be pointless... Hank and Z do not produce enough together to waist having 2 great centers on one line... They way they have been playing split up has been much more effective. Bert-Zetterberg-Cleary Homer-Datsyuk-Franzen Leino-Filppula-Williams Draper-Helm-Eaves/miller/may/matlby that is a top 3 lineup with the best 4th line in the league, hands down

The advantage will be to the wings, sharks, and hawks all those surprising teams make the playoffs, which they won't. I can't see Phoenix, Nashville, LA going anywhere deep, especially if they are playing the Hawks, Sharks, or Wings.

You really think it would be a good idea to let all these young kids just come into the NHL? Why do you think the Islanders and Panters suck so bad? Thats why Phoenix is doing good this year, because they put their young kids in the minors and went and got some "old retirement guys"... Draper is having a great year this year and is more effective then anybody from Grand Rapids would be...Axelsson is nothing but a little baby who doesn't want to work to get to the NHL.

With the Howard showing a lot of promise lately, there is no need for the wings to consider this trade... They wait for prospects to develop, and Howard is doing just that.

A lot of european players think winning the gold is more important than the stanley cup, where it is the opposite for North American players... I see it coming down to Russia and Canada, meaning Datsyuk won't have any break at all
