Red Wings Fan for life... i can't imagine cheering for another team... I mean think about. Who would you root for?... It just doesn't make any sense at all.. Red Wings are the only team I could ever be a fan for in the NHL

Well Williams has always been pretty good at shootouts, and so has Pavel... He obviously saw an opening in the 5 hole and took it, it just didn't get through... Zetterberg seems to kinda suck in the shootouts usually... but who else would you put? Bert maybe, he's got some shifty moves and a good shot... I would go Williams, Pavel, Bert

100% agreed... if we are completely healthy by playoff time, any team that plays us will be like F***. We just need to focus on winning enough games to make the playoffs, which I am sure we will do... Then anything can happen... I don't get why nobody thinks we are cup contenders this year. Our team will be feared for good reason come playoff time

Agreed. It is all fundamentals. We were able to come back 3 or 4 goals WITHOUT Filpula because everybody decided to step their game up. Is it going to be harder to win games, Yes. But is our whole year crapped down the drain, No. We have the offense needed to win, and we have the DEFENSEMAN needed to win. Goalie, the ability is there, just getting there is the challenge. It is all a matter of playing the whole game. If we would have played the full 60 yesterday rather than digging an enormous hole in the first, we would have one the game right out. The players have the ability, but its a matter of getting everybody on the same page for the whole game.

Uh.....? how many games have you watched this year? because Williams has played very well... he might not be the best backchecker, but he does do it and is not lazy out there... your way off on this one

i agree with this... Rafalski has looked off all season... lazy with the puck, making bad plays, and just getting out skated by bigger bodies... he needs to step up

this...kind of why not put williams there instead of leino... Dats and Flip have eons of speed compared to Leino... williams could compliment them.. or cleary other than that, the z pav bert line looked good for the time it was together, espeically during the washington game

every post you make is negative... its a little ridiculous Espn is a joke when it comes to hockey... the only players they think are good anymore are ovechkin, crosby, and malkin... everybody else sucks apparently... Datsyuk and Zetterberg are going to have stellar seasons again once we start playing some games and getting in a grove... to even suggest that PAVAL DATSYUK and HENRIK ZETTERBERG are past their prime is an insult to both players, the Redwings, and the NHL... espn has never like the wings and now they have a little fuel to their fire... ridiculous

Thats why we should split up hank and pav... the production they put up isn't completely lights out like it once was... but maybe it will work who knows... that third line looks awfully weak though... bert with draper and cleary... i see no production coming from that line.

I mean the loss hurts, but i agree.. we played good for the most part, ozzie just let in a few week ones... zetterberg looked really good, and so did filpula, leino, and williams... we will get our revenge in a few days
