If Babcock plays Hudler over Modano, I will f***** lose it. What is Hudler good at? He's small, not physical, slow, and doesn't even shoot the puck. Modano is big, fast, and has a leathal shot. I guess even in the NHL coaches have players they just like for some reason. I mean, predicting 70 points from Hudler this year was bad enough....

*not sure if this was brought up or not* Right now: Anaheim: GP 79 PTS 93 Chicago: GP 79 PTS 93 Dallas: GP 79 PTS 91 Calgary: GP 80 PTS 91 If Dallas wins their 3 remaining games (COL, MIN, MIN) (or wins 2 and loses 1 in OT), the will have 96/97 PTS. The Hawks would have to win at least 1 of their remaining 3, and then either win a second game or get one point in overtime. So it looks like the last two games for Chicago against Detroit will decide whether they make the playoffs or not (assuming Dallas keeps winning and Anaheim keeps winning). IDK, I think it would be awesome to see this happen. THought? p.s. sorry if this doesn't make sense, I have been studying for my stats test for 6 hours.

Yep, I think this is the best point so far... Chicago is a team that could go far in the playoffs. Better to keep them out so it doesn't come back to bite us later. Plus it would be hilarious.

I would feel bad for Ozzy, except I knew this would happen... I thought it was a mistake by Kenny to relied on Ozzy's word that he would be able to come back healthy. He is old and had hernia surgery. THis could be costly in the playoffs Yeah, but it was obvious there was some concern because Kenny was exploring trade opportunities in the event Ozzy wouldn't be able to come back. I bet you Kenny's gut was telling him he will end up regretting this decision. But what could he do? Tell Ozzy to f*** off?

agreed. Zetterberg, Datsyuk, and Helm are the only 3 offensive players who work hard every night (miller doesn't count). Everybody else just stands around waiting for those three to do something.

I can't figure out why people hat Bettman so much.. He is actually one of the better commissioners in professional sports. He has done a pretty good job growing the game, and it looks like he is taking the necessary steps to help with these injuries.

Yeah, I agree with you... This team is an embarrassment to watch. Seriously, 2nd in the conference? Unbelievable how crappy it is to watch this team night in and night out. I want to watch a team that is NOT so pathetic every night. I want to watch a team who puts their heart into every game. IMO, Babcock has lost this team. What other explanation is there for giving this piss-poor performance.

Everybody seems to think that he won't clear waivers, but I don't see why he wouldn't... Every other team could have negotiated with him and didn't. That, and the fact that Holland is no dummy, leads me to believe that he will clear and be a wing.
