I don't think the loss is a big deal. This loss is different than their losing streak ones. They still played a pretty solid game, but couldn't close it out. As long as they keep playing well they'll win most of these games.

Matt Cullen is project for a 41 goal season, and +21. These projections 11 games in aren't too accurate.

You're right. Everyone, burn your Red Wings s***, this team is done. Positivity will get us no where, it's all over. What would you have these people do? Nothing we do as fans is going to do anything to the team, so your opinion is just as useless as mine, but can we just not tear each other down for having an opinion?

I don't know if "worse" is the way I would put it. I'd say they've become stale. All the other teams in the NHL have, for the most part, undergone pretty significant changes. The Wings have the same core, with the same coach, using the same system. A lot of other teams are playing a puck possession style that Detroit made famous, and, at least at this point in time, they are playing it better than Detroit.
