Very nice

I would sacrifice my left nut to play one shift against Kane and knock him unconscious and my right for one down against Brady and break his knee. If you got hate in your heart let it out
-
Blues living up to their name. Please, for all that is good, pure and righteous, just win the next game. Idc if you get swept after that, just knock those pieces of garbage out
-
Looked like the wings PK there. Just let them pass it all over and. And ffs someone break Patrick Kane!! He's just little. Cripes!!!
-
We will take em. Although it seems like maybe a team who's mascot is a genre of music that speaks to depression, wins just enough to get your hopes up to only let you down is pretty fitting.

pretty sure those people don't watch hockey. Their team went to LA
-
Seriously blues. I spent my whole day looking forward to that?

Son of a Peter Angelo

Did anyone else hear Mildingleberry say Peter Angelo instead of Pietrangelo?

Yeah I have a woodford reserve I need to crack open. I like my Irish whiskey though. Real smooth. Proves that godsmack song true every time.

Well, what's say we tell holland he moves up or is fired and take the Steves in Detroit. http://www.wingingitinmotown.com/2016/4/23/11493464/report-ken-holland-declined-making-steve-yzerman-red-wings-general-manager

I can see I'm gonna be up late drinking Jameson again

The reason he has the chance to score that goal is because toews is standing their turning the defender into an obstacle for the goalie to have to work around and ended up standing on the goalies stick. Of course if that had been me I would have just pulled an old school and thrown my pads out double stacked to the other side and hoped the D got there for the rebound.

MLive knows what's up. Why doesn't the rest of the organization? http://www.mlive.com/redwings/index.ssf/2016/04/no_quick_and_easy_fixes_for_re.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+detroit-redwings+%28Detroit+Red+Wings+-+MLive.com%29 -

Saw that too. Also saw him say this season was disappointing. Can't remember him saying that recently. Maybe this means he will kick monster truck tires. -

Is there any chance all our veterans are nursing injuries and they just aren't able to condition themselves to top levels? Or is it that, in the instance of the defense, the guys we have were just better when they weren't defending the opponents top players and they're now being exposed without lidstrom and rafalski? Or have their abilities really dropped off that much? I find it hard to imagine, that yes they're in their 30s, that they could be that much slower and not stay in better form than they appear to be. I mean, with the evolution and advancements in exercise science and supplements available especially for older athletes, I find it hard to believe these guys can't condition to stay close to top form anymore. I know younger guys can wait until closer to the beginning of the season to condition and retain it, but as you age you have to put your time in earlier and earlier. It just seems like, unless they're injured of course, maybe the effort the guys like malty and draper used to put in behind the scenes just isn't being done like that anymore? I mean those guys played at a pretty high level for a long time and really played hard because let's face it, they weren't highly skilled, they just fought harder for everything. I wonder if maybe it isn't time for a change at the strength and conditioning level of the team, and obviously trade and sign a couple better players to make this team more competitive. The coach should still coach better, but it just seems like the talent isn't the only issue. The hunger and spirit doesn't seem to be there and that goes with being healthy and in peak physical form. -
Unreal. Don't even review it and toews purposely pushing his guy into the goalie there knowing it would cause something like that to happen. What a joke.

Anyone ever notice Liam mchugh tries to say his name like it's all one word or is that the Jameson?

The sad thing is, even if schitcago loses, olchuck will still be doing the nbc games and will have to hear him bad mouth all the teams playing.

Remember when pavel would bury those breakaway chances and kronwall was a verb? And McCarty was hardcore? -
