Quincey IS a PK guy. Holland has said this. Kindl and Smith can learn to kill and White isn't terrible. Not really worth paying a guy 3+mill for PK abilities.

If we could somehow lose Ericsson our D will have the potential to be a long term (affordable) unit with youth. Considering Jimmy, Kindl, Smith, and White need to be re-upped after next season it would be wise not to spend right up to the cap this offseason. If we pay big money for Suter I'd like to move Ericsson's contract as I don't see him garnering over 2mill more cap than Kindl for the play he brings. This leaves 40mill in cap space for forwards and signing Parise in around 7-7.5 mill with room to spare for raises next season for rookies. Agreed. Its amazing how undervalued he is. Hes got like 6 points less than nash at 5 mill less. People just knock him for his size but he has been winning battles all over the place this season.

I dont think holland has it all figured out yet either. Too many variables this offseason. If lids is still on the fence and possible retirements from homer he has to be careful he doesnt lose too many players all at once. I think thats y bert was signed. Hudler could be gone who knows. agree. with teams handing out huge contracts to subpar players just to make the cap floor, it makes them unattractive options for better teams. need some way to renegotiate.

WANT: Jeff Carter. When he gets s***ty and old we can just bury him in the minors if needed or trade him. the contract can be worked around.

I've asked this twice and everyone is ignoring the question! Can someone answer this? I've seen on youtube he plays left mostly from the highlights I've seen.
