Weiss has had some horrible giveaways. Doesn't look like he is working too hard out there. -
Kindl had 2 goals but followed it up with a terrible game against Tampa. I think he turned over the puck to Stamkos on one goal that was real bad. Looked real bad that game.

Honestly, I don't think E will have much to contribute once DD and Smith progress to the finished product. E provides very little in terms of point production and is getting up there in age. I would gladly replace him in a year or two if we have younger options (preferably RHD) that can produce points. Wouldn't mind him as a veteran #6 I guess. If I was shaping the roster in the 2-3 years I would aim for: Kronwall - Dekeyser Smith - UFA/Marchenko/Jensen/Backman Ouellet - Sproul -
teeth could have transmitted bacteria too.

After Weiss I am afraid of bringing in outside talent unless they are young (and can adapt) or they come super cheap in free agency, or they are an unbelievable talent. If we go and get a Dman in UFA and overpay and they don't fit the system like most outsiders then we will be screwed capwise with two dead contracts when you count Weiss. -

I think we could move Tatar at his value right now in a package for something useful. The reason why I feel okay moving Tatar is Pulkkinen - he is a goal scorer too and can provide a RH shot in the top 6. -
We gotta try Weiss out soon. I think if Jurco doesn't show his stuff Weiss should get a look. The guy must be beyond frustrated

Holy overpayment batman! I hope you were saying ONE OF 1st, Mantha, Larkin. Bogo isn't worth blowing up our youth for. Weber would be but thats about it. Bogo is a RH, younger version of big E. At least thats how I see him.

Maybe we can use the expansion draft to offload Weiss, Kindl, Quincey for free by leaving them unprotected. That would be realgud.
