FACT: the refs keep calling phantom calls against the wings. that slash on howard was bull, it was nothing, a reminder to thorton not to snow him again.

ya, i mentioned this in the other thread. its pretty ridiculous and unclassy of yandle, and the refs dont do anything about it, z is a star player that does not deserve that treatment. yandle should be fined for this.

totally agree, and the commentators overrate him wayyyyy to much.

did anyone else see the dangerous trip on zetterberg when he followed stuart after stuart scored? a coyote defenseman trips z and he goes headfirst into the boards. looked intentional too. not very classy, neither was the beer bottle throwing lol. great game though, loved the boys effort out there. i havent been that comfortable watching a wings game in a while.

well, now that i've picked my jaw up off the floor... After that first period I was lived. sooo pissed. and then i decided to change my clothes, and boo-ya, magic. this shows that the coyotes cant just throw their bodies around all day and rely on non-calls and pp's all game. its on now, iz onnnn.

abby has scored some big goals in the playoffs for us, even if he doesnt score (hes not expected to), he brings the energy we are missing and some fire to get under the coyotes skin. i feel like none of our players did that last night, no agitation, not finishing every check...

just bull, makes me sick even now watching that. you HAVE TO KNOW that they no called it because we would have had 5on3 for like 1.5min and then 5on4 for more than 2 min after. they didnt want that late in the game, detroit would have had opportunities to score twice on the pp. just bulls***. i agree, put the whistles away if you cant call that, cause if thats not a penalty, nothing else is. its ******* lids for god sakes, protect him.
