Sure it wasn't the most spectacular fight, but I think Mickey got it right when he said its a huge confidence builder for E. if theyre concerned about people not buying season tickets then why wouldnt they lower prices as opposed to keeping them the same? that doesnt make anymore incentive to buy the tickets, nor does it prevent ticket holders from selling them to make money. tickets were in high demand for that game because of the wings fans. any ticket holder who didnt really care about going would capitalize on that demend.

They would always let him freeze that. Maybe your confusing Bartulis for putting his stick down in front of the goalies glove to potentially block any poke check coming from a fore checker to prevent the puck coming free. That is a much more common play than trying to play it. Cheap shot all day.

i sat in 203c row 15 last night. id have rather been on the other side but seats were still good. lower bowl isnt all its cracked up to be, being up top gives you a better view of the whole ice. then you can see how they set up breakouts, in the O-zone, etc. dont get me wrong lower bowl is sweet, but no reason to not goto the games if you cant sit down there. as for the bathrooms, learn to go during commercial breaks. usually i can get from the seats, to the bathroom, and back up only missing a minute or 2 of action, if that.

They made out alright. I personally know Valabik through playing with him for a couple summers. Hes had some injury problems the last year or so and it never seemed like a good fit there in ATL. Being a slovak native one of his idols is Zdeno Chara and they are both monsters (Valabik is 6'8" 240 I believe). Maybe Chara will be able to help to develop into a regular for them.

Thats going to be real tough for the english speaking fans. I understand how they would want to have their names presented in the correct way, but when the vast majority of the teams income come from english speaking fans, we have to be able to read the names. It would take nothing short of learning the russian alphabet to figure out who these guys are if they were to change them. This would create a serious disconnect between players (especially new ones) and the fans. Just take a look at that Ovi pic... English is legally the primary language in the US and Canada, lets keep it that way folks. And yes I understand that nowadays its very possible that the majority speaks spanish. (I could be wrong on that)

125 is the corner where the wings defend twice. not the best side but still tight. youre def better off with legends club though, they have alumni visits which if youre lucky could be terrible ted or mr. hockey. they each do a few visits a year.
