    Pathetic offensive showing... can't score more than one damn goal against Crawford tonight. Jimmy was outstanding... and that's how we supported him. Crappy offense... awful defense. That being said... if it doesnt get deflected off Kronwall... Howard probably makes the save...

    CBC showed the replay, with sound, no commentary. The ref clearly blows the whistle back at center ice before the pass is even made to the goal scorer. Argue the ref's decision to make the call all people way... but listen to the replay, he clearly blows the play dead. It is what it is.

    Nyquist shoved him towards the net first... he kept going and made sure to hit Howard more than necessary... but... Nyquist did shove him.. at least a bit.. Probably why we didnt get the call.

    The future is pretty bright for Nyquist IMO. This kid is gonna be great for us I think. That's the start we needed. especially because its Z that gets the goal. That should get everyone going.
