Yandle - 53 points in 81GP Tatar - 39 points in 72GP Nyquist - 48 points in 57GP Jurco - 15 points in 35GP Mantha - good to elite potential (good a minimum) 1st rounder lol uhh.. yea, no. I will take an entire line under 25 years old + 2 great prospects over Yandle anyday.

I put my trust in Holland and the scouts rather then a couple posters who think he is Ferraro or Emmerton Reading the scouting reports this kid could be exactly what we need, also a comparison to Kesler / Bergeron from TSN Bob McKenzie is good enough for me.

If you think Wiz is better then Kronner you are cheering for the wrong team. You also can't compare him to Ericsson because he is a defensive d-men and I would take Big E over Wiz anyday. If all your looking at is points, sure Wiz had more points but it doesn't equate to thebetter player, ala Letang and Karlsson are not better then Weber. It's better to have depth, then not have any at all. When injuries happen and we have to call up a kid that isn't ready to replace D, Z, Mule or whoever (knock on wood no injuries). I would rather have Alfie then not have him. I highly doubt a kid will come up and produce at the level Alfie will, and provide veteran leadership.

You might want to do some research, Holland was the director of scouting for 7 years before he was a GM, I will believe him and the scouts over your opinion of what you think goes on. Detroit played Boston in the 2nd game of the season last year and beat them badly. I don't see this as anything different.
