Read somewhere that we have something like four back to back nights of games in October and two in November.. that should give both goalies plenty of an opportunity to pull ahead for the starting job early in the season. And if both shine, even better! This is a great "problem" to have

Going out on a limb a little bit here.. but I think the new vets will be key this season. I think green will lead the team in PPP. Nyq in PPG. Tatar in goals. Richards in assists. Z in points.

part of me wishes pulks had another year of waiver eligibility.... not because I don't think he's ready or don't think he deserves to be up with the wings, but because it'd be awesome to give him a season (or at least some of a one) on a line with larkin and bertuzzi to develop more chemistry. they looked great and their play styles compliment each other very well imo. -

This 100%. I'd much rather see larkin play top six minutes in GR and potentially dominate than play bottom six minutes in Detroit. They'll watch him carefully all year long of course and, depending on how he develops, there could be strong consideration to bring him up next season. -

Team Howe, AKA Team Danny's Kids It'll definitely be exciting to see what Larkin & friends can do against the wings' top couple lines.
