if Sheahan, sproul/ouellet, & this years first were to get the deal done, I think I'd take it. I see them wanting something more like helm, mantha, 2015 1st though. -
also from the article.... I don't know a ton about him but if he'd fit well in our second pairing, and if the price for ehrhoff is too high (as it likely is), this seems like a ken holland style move.

I imagine they'd mostly want picks in return. & we all know Kenny wouldn't overpay but if we can ditch a first for Quincy, why not ehrhoff? Although i don't know the strength of the upcoming draft

the weiss acquisition seemed good at the time of the signing though (and i think still will be considered good when all is said and done), samuelsson's did not.

I think playing injured half the year while trying to learn a new system gives him a little benefit of the doubt credit.. I don't think the acquisition is judgeable until most of the way through next season. hope he turns it around for sure.
