haha Omark got waived from the sabres and refuses to play in the AHL.. they'll terminate his contract. is there a lower low (NHL wise) than getting waived from a team as bad as buffalo? -
Not dominate but I think he's the wings' "x factor" (or at least one of them) after the Olympic break.. we need solid play from him. Has anyone heard anything about Weiss lately? I'm curious how Plymouth is going..

i disagree also. when I had evening classes I'd have the game on my laptop as well. and most of the time people around me would be looking over to watch too -
take yourselves out of the selfish fan perspective and into the players'.... if I were them, I'd choose to play in the olympics. it's once every four years.. and more often than not, once in a lifetime (hell, a bunch of lifetimes) to be captain of your country. it's a HUGE honor for them and they don't want to let their countries down. completely understandable.

the kids have to continue to step up. judging by Z's comments re: datsyuks injury, i don't think Z will risk it as much as pav but hopefully both will be fine by the time play resumes.
