Never said he'd play fourth line. He could very likely end up playing it but as stated already, he'll play the PK too, where faceoffs are one of the most important parts. -

This. Idk if I'd say best, but he was great at them.. which is why he'll play center on the wings all season. Faceoffs are a pretty important part of the game. -

I think he means emdog = worse than Andy.. the players he listed are around as good as Andy and the rest of the team, other than the named players, bring more to the table.. -

ok, where's the one person that's going to be against it?? there's always one really though, great deal and 1-way makes it sound like he's most likely in the NHL all season long(fingers crossed). love it! -
definitely agree with this.. that and any time a number isn't retired in the first few years, I don't think it should be. should be a no brainer to get into the rafters.. not an "ehhh.. we'll see...." type of decision.

i think the fact that nyquist has been wearing 14 is a pretty clear indication there aren't really plans to have it retired.. I really wish feds had a better ending to his time here though, he deserves 91 retired.

I think the vast majority of fans hope not.. unfortunately he probably is waiting to see if we make moves. I don't see it happening tho.

This. I could see Kenny pulling off a huge trade within the next few years though when the next wave of prospects are ready (jurco frk oullette sproul etc...) There are so many promising names, love it!

Anisimov, Radulov, Semin, Tarasenko, Yakupov.... not as good as canada skillwise of course but there is some good potential there offensively.
