it's not that we don't like the guy, a lot of fans do (myself included) and it's evident by a lot of people thinking this is a bad move/wishing him luck if he were to move on. there just isn't room for him right now.. he's good but he's being outperformed by similar style prospects (brunner, nyquist, tatar..) in the time he's actually played. It's not that he's been too bad, other people have just been better with us.

doubt it. doubt it. ....no really though, our forward roster will be so solid in 3 years, we wouldn't need to get him back. we got quincey back because we were in desperate need of D (and gave up a 1st in a weaker draft class). yes, it'd be nice to still have him and I would love for murs to clear waivers and remain with us for sure, but he's not necessarily needed.

as much as i would love for pav to get more help than, well.. none, he does seem to perform better when he's the sole talent on his line. i'm hoping babs just sees how that second line performs in the first and if they do poorly, i bet he switches it up.

Pavel will be doing it all himself yet again tonight.. But I like the look of that third line.. Could be the difference maker tonight.

yeah, i agree with that for sure. i just think it'd be funny if the prednecks missed by a point after that. it would remind me of that bad NFL call from this past season. it didn't effect the NFL teams but my friend in fantasy made it to playoffs because of it and almost won it all.. but that's besides the point. of the teams you listed, i'd most want to see colorado in they playoffs.. vs. the wings. rekindle the rivalry. plus, i like duchene.

I think monster will exceed expectations. He was the best backup available when we signed him IMO and I was glad we did.

Why is there any argument against this move? Yea mraz is good and quite possibly the future here but he was only up because monster was injured.. If monster were healthy mraz would have been in GR the whole time.

Woo! Motor city monster! Tho I agree, I like what I've seen out of mraz more, and I'd rather have other guys back from injury but it's nice to see a couple of our guys starting to come back.. Hopefully others quickly follow *fingers crossed*

Funny how you claim playing a sane ken holland with a completely insane scenario. There's too much wrong to say it all but this team would probably not make the playoffs.... With everyone we have now healthy I think we're much better off. -

Ah gotcha.. Yea I could see that. I hope he gets better tho, I like Bert. Sure he's getting older and all that but for what we pay him, he's well worth it. -

Kronwall needs to step his game up. He's a big part of all our "veteran mistakes." Seems like at least a couple times a game he has a bad giveaway or takes a stupid penalty.. I'm not saying he's bad or anything, I like kronner as much anyone.. But he's been one of the biggest disappointments so far this season -

Poor Bert :/ I was excited when we signed him on again. At around 2 mill a year, he's probably one of the best veteran players you'll get in that price range.
