Depends what we'd get in return but I'd say not for another couple years.. I think we should groom mrazek for another year or two then give him some nhl starts and see how he does before concidering trading away jimmy. It's been a while since we've had solid goaltender depth and I'd hate to see us trade it away so soon..

I'd love to snag zajac. Devils won't let him go after losing parise and potentially kovy tho.... altho then he might not want to stay then hmmmmm..

Wings are better off making no deals than the ones you've listed. Also, smith will end up better than yandle IMO and I doubt we trade Filp

All our stars are back of course and we have a great youth injection option.. Like it or not, tootoo does add a little more grit.. And with the large amount of forwards, people are going to be fighting for spots to play. I think our forward group will be hungry and will produce because of it. Also, I think franzen takes on even more of an in front of the net role with holmer retiring; which should fit his lazy play style pretty nicely ha. I like the look of our offense and as I said before, our D will be fine. Also, having the motor city monster as Jimmy's backup will help out a lot. He's a solid tendy and will give jimmy the occasional rest that he definitely needs.

Can someone explain this a little.... "The upper limit on the salary cap in the first year is $60 million, but teams can spend up to $70.2 million (all pro-rated)." If the cap's 60 and they can spend up to 70.2.. what's the 10.2 mill for? buying out players? or can they go over the cap that much for the whole year? or...?
