Post draft lotto thoughts: I want Byram. And I think I'm starting to like Zegras more and more (collect all the Zs!). Turcotte and Cozens also stand out of course. Basically Byram or a center. I think my list right now is: Byram Zegras Cozens Turcotte We'll see how much that changes by draft day.

Tampa is my favorite in the east for sure and has been for as long as the wings have missed playoffs. But I also really want the Canes to make a run for the Don Cherry reactions I like a decent amount of west teams. Jets, Preds, Sharks, Stars. I think the Jets are my favorite out of them but I'd really like to see the Sharks go on a run too.

100% agree. I'm not sure how they'd work it but if the league could find a way to make the last five games of the season factor into say the bottom five or ten teams lotto odds somehow, it'd be really exciting for fans of those teams.

Door 2 to stick to my prediction of fourth from last wins the lotto, along with whoever wins between us and buf wins the lotto. Everything is aligning perfectly.

I like him as a prospect for sure. Hope he works on his skating/bulks up some in the off season. Not that either of those are bad, but some improvement in both seems like it'd work wonders for him. I think if he reaches his potential, he'll be a helluva player.. Especially on the power play. Would also like to see him go on a playoff run with the griffins, I think that'd be great for his confidence.
