Yeah, you could always be stalkerish and track them down at the hotel. I can tell you after watching NHL36 Lidstrom goes for a stroll around town near the hotel before every game, so maybe you could catch him then. But personally, I would just feel weird tracking the guys down and interrupting their routine.

I watch it, but just because there is no real hockey on. I don't really care for it, but I don't have anything against it. All in all it's an okay event and it looks like most everyone was having fun, and I think that is important with what these guys go through during the year.

Since the ASG draft is tonight, I figured we could start discussing it since there is nothing else hockey related going on. Rosen and Lozo conducted a mock draft for the ASG on NHL.com, I was surprised to see Datsyuk only go 5th overall. Malkin, Kessel, Weber, and Giroux all went ahead of Pavs. I can possibly understand why Malkin went first (although I don't agree with it), and even possibly Weber since he's D, but I don't understand the rest. I also find it humorous Kessel went last overall in the previous year and went 2nd overall since he's having a good season. My concern about 24/7 and the WC is the possibility for a work stoppage. All indications are there will be one and there will be a short season. People are saying December, which would mean there could still be a WC, but that would ruin any chance of having a 24/7. What would they follow the guys doing? Not playing?

I don't think it's a good idea either. People are normally setting up for parties, cooking, doing s*** they are not going to be able to do the rest of the day. Super Bowl Sunday is not just a game-time event, it's an all-day event. Add in what was said above and I think there is much more motivation NOT to do it on SBS.

Good show. That would have been awesome to make it on there; I was hanging out with those Wings fans with the flag most of the game.

True. I don't expect any sup discipline. However, think about what the repercussions could be for the game at hand though. For instance, Z got tossed from the BJs game unjustly; albeit not from a dive. There was only 10 mins left, but what if it was in the first? What if it was Datsyuk in this case?

When this story initially came out, they said he was just supposed to be working there, not be on the show. That show is horrible though. Pretty much the same for all the 'reality' shows on TruTV. They're too fake. Season 5? Seriously? Haha, wtf, they didn't show the end of that episode. Now I want to know what happens. On a side note, that's not as bad as the first few episodes, maybe they improved it. It's just hard to watch anything on TruTV after they put out Operation Repo. EDIT: quick edit sucks...keeps adding line breaks and no break spaces.

FWIW, I'm recording NHL 36 prior to the game and will post it somewhere everyone can get to it. Let's go Wings!
