I doubt it was a concussion, I don't see him hit his head on anything. Unless he got one from the sudden stop his brain had to make. I would undoubtedly attribute this to Kronner though.

I don't like the guy, but he does say some funny s***. There was something he said yesterday, I don't remember but said something about a lack of heart or something along those lines. I totally butchered that b/c I don't remember anything else about it but it was funny. I thought he said the Sharks were lacking heart.

Agreed. I hate the animosity amongst the fan base. It may be kind of a with-me-or-against-me mentality, but when I see people saying, "They're done." I just don't feel like they're on 'our' side. We should stand united, through thick and thin, and always back the Red and White.

I didn't post anything yesterday. Anyways...my opinion on the matter is we give other fan bases so much s*** for being bandwagon fans when there is clearly enough of it going on amongst Wings 'fans' too. I said it before and I'll say it again, if you don't stand behind your team at their greatest moment of need, you don't deserve to stand behind them at all; especially when they're winning. All glory and no guts. When the odds are stacked against them, I think people start throwing in the towel b/c they don't want to be wrong, possibly to save face if the unmentionable were to happen. Trust me, I understand the feeling, but I don't care. If the Wings are golfing next week I still believe they can win the cup this year. That's how much I believe in the Wings.

I think all the Negative Nancys, Debbie Downers, and Buzz Killington's should be banned. I'm sure it makes the Wings feel great their 'fans' don't even think they can pull it off. You should all go find a team that really doesn't care about your support, really. If you didn't believe on Thursday, do you now? Oh, so you're a fair-weather fan. Blah!

One game at a time people. Guess what? They're heading back to Hockeytown for game 6, with a little momentum albeit. If they can out work SJ and pull off a win...Hey, it's a new series. Fret not over game 7, just prepare the red and white war machine for game 6.

This isn't about game 5, 6, and 7. As it stands, the Wings need to concentrate on game 4. I live for today because tomorrow has not come. The Wings live for game 4 because game 5 has not come. Anything can happen in a hockey game. Crazy bounces, puck luck, and everything between. Skate fast, work hard, and shoot shoot shoot. You can only play one game at a time and if this series was over they wouldn't drop the puck tonight. There is a reason they play the games, because anything can happen.

Remember when fans used to support their team during the good, the bad, and the ugly? Those were the good old days that appear to be long gone and done now

Highly unlikely, but possible. If you don't have any hope left, you might as well stop watching hockey all together. Everyone talks about bandwagon fans for other teams that don't support their teams when they start to lose....how are any of you different? Mine updated this morning. It was still saying MLB last night and this morning it says NHL Hockey, Sharts @ Wings. FSD feed, but not in HD though

I'm sure he is not the worst squirt in your town. He's 9 and plays against 12 year olds.....sounds like he's actually pretty good.

^ I found that odd myself. You would think with two games already on the slate for Wednesday they would spread them out a little. It's the NHL, what do you expect? Logic?

While it's not a good thing with McLellan's knowledge, theoretically it shouldn't matter what he knows. The Wings need to work harder and win more battles for the puck. Will > Knowledge.

I checked the channel guide for Center Ice and they have shifted most of the programming over to MLB, at least according to my provider's guide, but those things are not always accurate. The indemand site is showing they have it lined up for Channel 13, as someone posted earlier, and that's normally pretty true to what they list. We'll see if my provider updates their guide or if I have to blindly record and hope the game is shown. Or I gotta cancel my plans and watch drum's feed. Decisions decisions...

I hate the Vancouver Canucks because they are not the Detroit Red Wings. I have been trying to figure out why the fans boo Luongo after he makes a save. Apparently they are saying "Lu", eh?

Today's helmets (hockey and football) dont protect against the types of impact that is causing concussions. I don't think it's ever a bad idea to re-evaluate the helmet, but I don't think looking to football is the answer.
